Terms of Use

These Terms govern your access to and use of HauzHost at hauzhost.com and its subdomains (the “Service”), operated by AgriWorks Crop Solutions, LLC. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind it.

The Service

HauzHost provides software for independent rental hosts to manage listings, inquiries, screening, leases, payments, documents, and a tenant portal. HauzHost is a software tool, not a party to any lease or tenancy, not a real-estate broker, property manager, or law firm, and does not provide legal, tax, or financial advice.

Host responsibilities

• You are solely responsible for your rental business and for compliance with all applicable laws — including fair-housing, landlord-tenant, security-deposit, licensing, and tax law in your jurisdiction. Templates and defaults in the Service are starting points, not legal advice.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of what you post and for your dealings with applicants and tenants, and for obtaining any consents needed to enter their information.
• You must keep your credentials secure and are responsible for activity under your account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service — including unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, or abusive use; attempting to breach security or access others’ data; scraping; or interfering with the Service’s operation.

Plans & payment

Some features are free; paid plans are billed per unit through Stripe on the terms shown at sign-up. Fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change plans or pricing prospectively with notice. Tenant payments processed through the Service are handled by Stripe and are subject to Stripe’s terms.

Your content

You retain ownership of the content you put into the Service. You grant us a limited license to host and process it solely to provide and improve the Service. We handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it meets every legal requirement of your jurisdiction.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AgriWorks Crop Solutions, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amounts you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or to protect the Service. On termination you may export your data for a reasonable period, after which it may be deleted per our Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaiʻi, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Hawaiʻi.

Changes

We may update these Terms; the version and date above reflect the latest revision, and material changes will be communicated through the Service. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
