We don't train AI on it.

Not your data, and not your tenants'. No model of ours, and none belonging to anyone else, learns from what is in your account.

We don't sell it, and we don't advertise against it.

No advertising, no profiling, and no automated decision-making about people. No advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

Your tenants' documents stay with the tenancy.

Identity documents, income documents and signed leases are used to run that tenancy and the records the law requires us to keep — nothing else.

What we do look at, during the beta.

Aggregate, de-identified usage data — which features get used and what breaks — to improve the product. Never the contents of a lease, a document, or a message.

You can see and download everything we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, at any time.
